Since 2025, Shunyi has added 190 new projects to the "Two Zones" initiative, ranking second in Beijing, while also leading the city with 102 projects successfully implemented.

The inaugural policy interpretation seminar of the 2025 "Two Zones" Policy Direct Express (trade session) was held at HICOOL Industrial Park Phase II. Officials from the Municipal Commerce Bureau, the Municipal Medical Products Administration, Beijing Customs District, and other departments deliver in-depth insights into the innovative and groundbreaking policies under the initiative, aiming to expand the scope of policy beneficiaries and bridge the "last kilometers" for the implementation of the enterprise-friendly policies.

Cluster effect propels industrial upgrading at an accelerated pace. At the Capital International Airport Economic Zone, innovation is rapidly being converted into tangible development. This January, 53 new enterprises established operations in the zone, with a total registered capital exceeding CNY 391 million.

Dual-venue synergy serves as a new engine fueling economic growth. On February 21, the Capital International Exhibition and Convention Center opened its doors with a high-profile exhibition. On March 6, it achieved another milestone by hosting its first joint event with the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall), featuring coordination at both venues.
