
Wanli, a commercial and entertainment complex officially opened on December 26.
Located in the sub-center of Beijing, Wanli comprises Wangfujing WellTown Mall, NOUS LAND Hotel, and Tingyun Town. The complex covers a floor area of approximately 476,300 square meters, with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan.

As Beijing's largest outlet mall project, Wanli·Wangfujing WellTown brings together culture and arts, sports and entertainment, international cuisine, and family activities. It hosts a variety of first stores at the national, city, district, and industrial levels, along with concept shops, flagship outlets, and other distinctive retail formats.
Connected to the mall via a skybridge, NOUS LAND Hotel is a five-star resort featuring a rooftop sunset restaurant and an infinity pool, offering guests a unique view of the nearby Universal Beijing Resort.
Tingyun Town, an open-air shopping center, hosts multiple national first stores, including the China National Geographic Exploration Center, the Little Prince Theme Park, and the Bad Market. It also boasts a vibrant mix of leisure offerings such as live music venues, bars, and diverse dining establishments.
