An international flight ticket is not just proof of travel, but it can also be used as a "discount card" for shopping in Beijing's Central Business District (CBD).
From May 1, 2026 to May 5, 2027, travelers holding international flight tickets landing at or departing from Beijing Capital International Airport or Beijing Daxing International Airport can enjoy exclusive discounts and special offers at designated malls in Beijing CBD on the day of their flight date and within the following seven days. Discounts are also available for those who dine at designated restaurants in the CBD with an American Express credit card.
Currently, over 150 stores across eight commercial complexes are participating in the campaign, including China World Mall, Silk Street, FUNWORLD, Beijing Kerry Centre, Scitech More Shopping Mall, Parkview Green Fangcaodi, Beijing Friendship Store, and the No. 128 Jingxiang Street Quality Catering Block at the CBD. These businesses span a wide range of sectors, including catering, apparel, hotels, cinemas, medical aesthetics, home goods, and more, covering everything from dining, shopping, entertainment, and leisure.
