Historically known as "Lantern Street", Langfang Toutiao once hosted a bustling lantern market every Chinese New Year. Phase II of Beijing Fun also features multiple lantern installations, reviving the dazzling splendor of its past.

A new commercial venue has emerged in the Qianmen Dashilar area. After over two years of construction, the main structure of Phase II of Beijing Fun has been completed and unveiled. In the future, Phase II will be fully connected underground with Phase I, jointly creating an upgraded "Chinese Lifestyle Experience Zone".

As night falls, strolling west from Qianmen Street into Langfang Toutiao, visitors are greeted by elegant Chinese-style lanterns that complement the area's historic architecture. This is the newly unveiled Phase II part. To the north lies the completed Phase I, while to the south are traditional courtyard residences, with architectural designs carefully balancing modernity and tradition. Notably, Phase II and Phase I will be connected underground, forming a circular tour route. Despite the limited ground space, additional spaces have been reserved for two outdoor plazas ideal for performances, exhibitions, and community events. A rooftop garden spanning over 3,000 square meters is set to become a must-visit spot for appreciating Beijing's skyline, offering visitors a chance to overlook the historic block of old Beijing.

Beijing Fun is on the whole positioned as a Chinese Lifestyle Experience Zone. While Phase I houses many first-stores, Phase II will enhance the area's cultural and tourism appeal with features such as a chocolate museum themed around Beijing's Central Axis and an immersive theater inspired by Dashilar, further highlighting Beijing's cultural heritage. Trendy social experiences are also a key focus for future development, with over 20 brands already signed on.
