Yongdingmen Teahouse has officially opened in the South Garden of Yongdingmen Park (91 Courtyard, Yongdingmen Inner Street). Housed in a restored Ming-style courtyard, the teahouse is celebrating its launch with a signature "Yongdingmen Big Bowl Tea" priced at just RMB 0.99.

The teahouse’s menu also features two core tea series: the jasmine tea range uses classic old-Beijing floral blends, paired with intangible cultural heritage (ICH) pastries at affordable prices; the "Seven Charms of the Central Axis" series features seven distinctive teas, each linked to a key site along the Beijing Central Axis. Every cup comes with an exclusive collectable cultural tea card that tells the story behind these historic landmarks. Cold-brew teas, gift pastry boxes, and cultural and creative tea sets will follow as part of future product development.

As one of Beijing's first pilot parks for the integration of public parks and urban spaces, Yongdingmen Park continues to upgrade its urban green space. The teahouse stands as a flagship "Park Plus" project in Xicheng and supports Beijing's 2026 Garden City initiative. By integrating Central Axis-themed cultural exhibitions, casual tea dining, and community services, the site transforms traditional parkland into a vibrant hub of culture-commerce-tourism integration.
