On November 17, a special exhibition titled "Selected Chinese Armorial Porcelain Collected by Tianjin Museum" opened at the Grand Canal Museum of Beijing.

Armorial porcelain was among China's exported ceramic products in the past, and is named after the European noble coats of arms painted on the surface. The 135 exhibits and exhibit sets on display come from the Tianjin Museum's collection, divided into three sections: "Maritime Porcelain Trade" (瓷路海贸), "Family Treasures of Gentry" (世族佳器), and "Beauty in Harmony" (美美与共). Visitors can learn about the customization processes and commercial activities associated with Chinese armorial porcelain.

The exhibition will run through March 3, 2026.
