
From March 20 to 21, 2026, Finnish conductor Sakari Oramo will lead the UK-based BBC Symphony Orchestra in two symphonic concerts at the National Centre for the Performing Arts. Joined by French pianist Bertrand Chamayou, the performances, titled "Spring Rhapsody" and "Fantasy Journey", will take place on consecutive evenings.

The first concert, "Spring Rhapsody", will be held at 19:30 on March 20. The concert consists of three works: Richard Strauss's symphonic poem "Don Juan", Béla Bartók's "Piano Concerto No. 3 in E Major, Sz. 119", and Johannes Brahms's "Symphony No. 2 in D Major".
The second concert, titled "Fantasy Journey", will take place at 19:30 on March 21. The program includes Judith Weir's "The Welcome Arrival of Rain", Charles Camille Saint-Saëns's "Piano Concerto No. 5 in F Major", Felix Mendelssohn's "The Hebrides, Op. 26", and Igor Stravinsky's "The Firebird" suite.
