On August 8, the "Beijing Central Axis—Brilliant Cultural Heritage, Glorious Central Axis" exhibition was officially opened on the fifth floor of Beijing Daxing International Airport terminal which provides a comprehensive overview of the history and development of Beijing's Central Axis and the city's evolution. This event was jointly organized by Beijing Daxing International Airport and the Capital Museum.

The exhibition is open to the public daily from 8:00 to 20:00 and will run for a year. Visitors can admire the iconic buildings along the Central Axis and engage in interactive activities in the "Read the City" zone, where they can scan QR codes to answer questions and learn about the cultural knowledge related to the Central Axis.

Located at the southernmost end of the Central Axis southward extension, Beijing Daxing International Airport is hailed as the "new gateway of China". It serves as a major aerial portal for Beijing, welcoming a vast number of domestic and international travelers. Since its operation, the airport has handled over 120 million passenger trips.
