On December 5, Beijing hosted the 2025 "Study Beijing" Retrospective and the "Beijing International Students' Night". Themed "Bond Across Continents Paints Beijing's Charm", the events narrated the journeys of international students through four distinct chapters, showing stories of "getting to know Beijing, studying in Beijing, integrating into Beijing and staying in Beijing". Nearly 400 Chinese and foreign students and alumni from 37 universities, who are from 72 countries and regions, presented a grand cultural carnival through a variety of heartfelt performances, including recitations, dances, traditional opera shows, xiangsheng (crosstalk), songs, and storytelling. The events were also joined by an audience of almost 1,000 Chinese and foreign teachers and students.
