On August 29, Renmin University of China's Zhongguancun Campus was filled with new international students from around 60 countries, including South Korea, France, Italy and Germany. They had all successfully completed their registration. They efficiently completed a series of enrolment procedures, including filling out admission registration forms, purchasing insurance for studying in China, paying tuition fees, processing visas and collecting campus cards. The registration process was orderly and welcoming.

On August 31, Renmin University of China's Tongzhou Campus was officially opened. New international students from around 30 countries, including the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and Vietnam, registered here. On 21 March this year, Renmin University of China publicly released its multi-campus development strategy, confirming that the Tongzhou Campus would become the main campus.
