The 12345 Citizen Hotline is a public service hotline operated by Beijing 12345 Citizen Hotline Service Center for residents, businesses and foreigners around the city. It helps solve problems citizens may encounter in their work and daily life by means of voice calls, Internet services, big data system, etc.
