Photo requirements:
· Must be a forward-facing shot of the applicant from the chest up containing their entire face,
· Photo must be in color and taken within 6 months before he or she applies for the driver's license.
· Headgear is strictly prohibited.
· The background color must be white;
· The features of the subject should be clearly discernible, along with a natural appearance with no obvious distortions, filters, or modifications.
· The size of the photo must be 32×22mm (equivalent to 1 inch), with the head taking up 14-16mm horizontally and 19-22mm vertically.
3. In the event the driver entrusts an agent to handle drivers license-related procedures:

· If the motor vehicle driver is over 60 years old, he or she may use a representative's (relative or friend) 12123 account to log into "Traffic Safety Comprehensive Service Management Platform" or the 12123 app itself. For those who have not obtained the Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, valid identification documentation consists of:
· the Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau they hold on arrival;
· Travel Document of the People's Republic of China issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China;
· Permanent Identity Card of Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau;
· temporary residence certificate approved and issued by the public security organization.
Valid identification documentation for residents of the Taiwan area consists of the Residence permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China. For those who have not obtained the Residence permit for Taiwan Residents of People's Republic of China, valid identification documentation consists of:
· Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents issued by the public security organization with a validity of five years;
