Retraining Session and Exam for Vehicle Drivers Accumulating 12 Points

Any driver who holds a motor vehicle driving license issued in Beijing Municipality, other places, or a provisional driving permit issued in Beijing, and has committed traffic violations within Beijing and accumulated 12 points in a single scoring cycle, must participate in a mandatory retraining session and the following test if his/her license has not been legally detained or if he/she has received a notification for retraining for accumulating 12 points.
Replacement of Driving Licenses

Replacing (Renewing) a Motor Vehicle Inspection Pass Mark

The replacement of renewal of the inspection mark of vehicles applies to registered motor vehicles in Beijing, motor vehicles in use during period of inspection, and motor vehicles in use during the validity period of motor vehicle-related compulsory insurance regarding traffic accident liability;Proof required by laws, regulations, and departmental rules can be provided.
