Renewal and Examination of Driving License

A driver holding a motor vehicle driving license issued in Beijing should apply for renewal and verification of their motor vehicle driving license within 90 days before the expiry of the motor vehicle driving license.
Application for Motor Vehicle Inspection Label

This document specifies Beijing’s requirements for motor vehicle inspection labels. Different vehicle categories have varied inspection cycles; certain vehicles qualify for inspection exemption subject to exceptions. Applications can be filed offline or online via the 12123 platform free of charge. Processing takes 0.5 working days for exempt vehicles and one working day for others.
