On November 30, Vanke Shijinglong Ski Resort in Yanqing District opened to the public, with Beijing's first ski shuttle route for double-decker buses launched, offering a new cultural and travel experience combining skiing and sightseeing for ski enthusiasts. A free shuttle bus route connecting the Badaling Great Wall Scenic Area to Vanke Shijinglong Ski Resort also began operations in the meantime.

Each double-decker bus features a lower deck for meal preparation and an upper deck designed as a sightseeing restaurant, accommodating up to 18 diners simultaneously. The ski shuttle service is available in two options: single-trip rides and package services that include accommodation and meals at DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing Badaling. The buses stop by Yanqing Railway Station of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway, DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing Badaling, and Vanke Shijinglong Ski Resort. Passengers can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yanqing on their way to the ski resort while savoring freshly made hot drinks.

In addition, a free shuttle bus service directly connecting the Badaling Great Wall Scenic Area and Vanke Shijinglong Ski Resort has been launched. After touring the Badaling Great Wall, visitors can choose to take the free shuttle buses departing at 13:00 from the entrance of the Cultural Street of the scenic area for Shijinglong Ski Resort, where they can enjoy winter sports programs for four hours. Afterward, the shuttle bus will transport visitors to Yanqing Railway Station of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway.

In addition, Badaling Culture and Tourism Group will partner with Vanke Shijinglong Ski Resort to offer the "Badaling All Access + Shijinglong Unlimited Ski Pass" experience package. This one-stop service package caters to visitors' needs for skiing, VIP access to the Badaling Great Wall's cable car, guided tours in the Badaling Great Wall Scenic Area, creative souvenirs, transport at the scenic area, hotel accommodation, etc.

Vanke Shijinglong Ski Resort is China's first south-facing ski resort using artificial snowmaking technology. The resort features an advanced ski run, four intermediate runs, five beginner runs, and a ski run for professional training. It also has designated areas for teaching, accessible skiing, and camp-based instruction.
