2026 Beijing Chrysanthemum Cultural Event

Beijing International Flower Port Chrysanthemum Culture Festival

The 2026 Beijing Chrysanthemum Cultural Event, also known as the Beijing International Flower Port Chrysanthemum Culture Festival, is running through October 18. Covering more than 30,000 square meters, the exhibition showcases premium large-flowered chrysanthemums, five-colored spray chrysanthemums and more than 80 varieties of seasonal herbaceous flowers.

This year's outdoor exhibition area combines delicate miniature floral landscapes with expansive flower fields. It features five distinctive viewing areas: Roaming Wonderland (漫游奇境), Chinese-Style Autumn Splendor (国风秋华), Pink Memories (粉色记忆), Van Gogh-Inspired Garden (梵高印象), and Woodland Flower Meadow (林间花甸), catering to visitors' varied interests, whether admiring chrysanthemums, taking strolls, or snapping memorable photos.

Time: 9:00–17:00 daily, through October 18

Location: Beijing International Flower Port

The Fourth Chrysanthemum Culture Festival at Taoranting Park

The event features more than 200,000 autumn flowers across a 5,000-square-meter exhibition area, along with a variety of special cultural activities. With chrysanthemums as the centerpiece, the park has introduced a main scenic route stretching from the East Gate to the North Gate. Built around the concept of "exploring the garden as if stepping into a painting," the route brings together elements such as mountains, rivers, pavilions and colorful chrysanthemums to create a picturesque landscape.

Time: Starting September 23

Location: Taoranting Park

Golden Autumn Reed Season at Beijing Yeyahu National Wetland Park

As the autumn breeze sweeps across vast reed marshes, the Golden Autumn Reed Season in Beijing Yeyahu National Wetland Park brings together themed zones for sightseeing, recreation and handicraft experiences — your one-stop escape for an enchanting autumn day in the wetland. The waterside viewing platform is a prime spot for reed-themed photos this season, while the Sunset Concert is staged daily from 15:30 to 17:00. The Reed Interaction Area features a series of activities inspired by the wetland's reed resources, including the Reed Rabbit Maze Adventure, Reed Bowling and the popular "Reed Swiss Roll."
