On June 1, during the WTCF Beijing Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit 2026, the unveiling ceremony of the World Tourism Cities Federation "The Member House" and a site visit by summit guests were held in Beijing, with 81 member representatives from 36 countries in attendance. Guo Huaigang, Secretary-General of the World Tourism Cities Federation, and Angela Moreno, Deputy Mayor of Seville, Spain, attended and jointly unveiled the plaque.

"The Member House" is the WTCF's first physical, permanent member service platform, marking a key initiative to refine member services and consolidate industrial resources. It is described as a permanent international networking hub for global member entities. Integrating eight core functions including brand exhibition of member organizations, professional meetings, interactive exchanges and business negotiations, the venue features diversified facilities in its exhibition area such as joint brand displays, multimedia interactive screens and cultural experience corners to showcase premium cultural and tourism resources as well as development achievements of all member parties in a concentrated manner. The conference zone is equipped with multilingual simultaneous interpretation systems and full sets of modern conference facilities, supporting industrial forums, investment negotiations, and member salons.

With the launch of "The Member House", member institutions are no longer limited to showcasing their resources only during annual summits, enabling year-round visibility and engagement. Visitors can access the latest updates and featured tourism resources of member cities worldwide at any time, while members are endowed with a brand-new platform for daily communication and cooperation matchmaking. Multiple city representatives voiced their expectations for deeper cooperation at the inauguration ceremony. Angela Moreno, Deputy Mayor of Seville, Spain, commented that "The Member House" transforms occasional summit gatherings into regular connections among all federation partners, creating tangible value for resource sharing among global tourism cities.
Initiated and founded in Beijing, the World Tourism Cities Federation is the world's first city-centric international tourism organization. It currently has 263 members covering 89 countries and regions worldwide, with the Fragrant Hills Tourism Summit standing as its flagship annual event.
