The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and Messe Berlin (China) recently announced that they will further expand their strategic cooperation in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) sector. As a key outcome of this partnership, Beijing has been officially designated as the host city of the inaugural China International MICE Exchange (CIMX) which is scheduled to run from November 3 to 5.

As the official host city, Beijing will establish a dedicated "Beijing MICE Pavilion" at the expo, bringing together leading local MICE institutions and industry representatives. Centered on Beijing's distinctive, contemporary urban appeal and rich historical and cultural heritage, the pavilion will highlight the city's own charm in the MICE industry while creating new business opportunities for international event planners, corporate clients and service providers.

Hosted by Messe Berlin (China), CIMX is a professional trade fair tailored to the global business and the incentive travel industry. The upcoming edition is expected to welcome over 200 exhibitors from around the world, more than 350 invited top-tier buyers and over 5,000 professional visitors. Various targeted business matchmaking sessions and networking events are also scheduled.
