The Beijing 12345 Enterprise Service Hotline has been in operation for six years, handling more than 1 million cases and helping nearly 133,000 enterprises resolve urgent and complex operational issues.
Since its launch in October 2019 with 50 dedicated agents and 24/7 services, the hotline has been expanding its service capacity. In May 2024, it added a new access channel using the "Jingtong" mini-program, forming a diversified service system that integrates both hotline and online channels. Enterprises can now submit their requests and complaints through four online platforms, namely the WeChat account "Beijing 12345", the "Jingtong" mini-program, the website of the Beijing Municipal Government Services (https://banshi.beijing.gov.cn/), and the Beijing Public Service Platform for SME. The hotline remains functional, ensuring convenient access anytime and anywhere.
Since August 2024, the hotline center has made dynamic changes in areas such as social security, taxation, and finance, adding eight second-level categories and 56 third-level categories. The service system for enterprises now includes 34 second-level and 220 third-level categories, significantly enhancing the precision of case assignment, which has reached 99.5 percent.
The "Enterprise Services" (企业办事) section of the WeChat account "Beijing 12345" has also been further improved. The original seven types of assignment templates such as "Enterprise Establishment" (企业开办) and "Business License" (营业执照) have been adjusted to four major categories and 14 sub-categories, including "Enterprise Establishment and Deregistration" (企业开办注销) and "Social Security and Housing Fund Services" (社保公积金业务). Each sub-category corresponds to a specific service scenario. Enterprises can choose the forms according to their own needs, thereby making fewer errors when entering information while cutting down on the time to submit any case.
In addition, the hotline center, in conjunction with the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Beijing Municipal Tax Service, and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, among other governmental authorities, has added new sections such as "Extended Services" (延伸服务) and "Preferential Policies for Enterprises" (惠企政策专题) to the WeChat account "Beijing 12345". These new sections provide quick access to information on intermediary service agencies in the fields of accounting, law, taxation, and human resources, as well as the latest preferential policies for enterprises, ensuring that businesses no longer need to visit multiple platforms to access services and check policies.
