Registration Requirements
I. For Robots
1. The robots used in the competition can only be the robots self-developed, procured or leased by the participating teams.
2. Each participating robot shall be an independent one. No markers are permitted within the competition venue.
3. Each participating robot shall possess a torso, upper limbs and bipedal feet, with the maximum extension distance from its effective center of gravity to the soles of the feet equal to 40 to 70 percent of its body height.
4. Robots participating in standing long jump/high jump events shall not be equipped with any elastic propulsion device, take-off device, or any other power-assist equipment for enhanced performance.
5. Robots shall be equipped with self-contained energy sources. The use of any energy form deemed hazardous is prohibited.
6. Robots may be controlled via manual remote operation or operate with full autonomy. In freestyle gymnastics, solo dance, and group dance competitions, robots must be controlled in a fully autonomous way.
7. During competitions, teams must independently provide the network required for their robots. The usage must not interfere with the normal operation of the games.
II. For Teams
1. Chinese and foreign enterprises, universities, research institutions, innovation crews, clubs, and other social organizations are eligible to register.
2. Each team may register for multiple events and may use different robots for different events. However, the substitution of robots during competitions is prohibited.
3. During each competition, a maximum of two team members are permitted in the competition area for each team. For 4x100m relay events, up to five team members may enter the competition area.
4. With the exception of 4x100m relay events, which allow joint participation by up to four teams, all other events require teams to compete independently.
