The Beijing Zhonghai Daji Alley officially opens on May 25. Located at Luomashi Street inside the Second Ring Road of Xicheng District, it is just 2.5 kilometers from Tian'anmen Square. The area conveniently lies within a 5-kilometer radius of major commercial hubs including Financial Street, Xidan, Wangfujing, and Chongwenmen.

Upon opening, Zhonghai Daji Alley introduced over 150 brands, with first stores and customized shops making up more than 50 percent of the total. The development offers a rich, diverse experience centered around inspired living. Highlights include international Chinese aesthetic brands like Dongfang Jing that celebrate oriental culture, avant-garde boutiques such as Double boo, and "third spaces" like Yanjia No. 2 (The Designers Salon), gaga, and Teasure catering to a variety of customer needs.

In the culinary sector, brands such as Qiao Dongbei (Michelin Two-Star), Youyun (Black Pearl Two-Diamond), Xinghua Tang (business-oriented fine dining), Russian Kitchen (global cuisine) Xihe · Exquisite Beijing Cuisine, Yangfang Shabu-shabu, and No. 69 Fangzhuanchang. Together, they create a rich and varied culinary brand matrix that caters to a wide range of tastes.

During the opening period, several major cultural exhibitions debuted simultaneously at the Daji Alley, including the Silk Road Civilization Art Exhibition, Feng Tang's "Spring in Flowers" Art Exhibition, and ONSITEEE's Original Floral Art Exhibition. From a special exhibition on ancient book restoration to contemporary installation art, interpreting cultural heritage through diverse perspectives.

The project is positioned as a high-end eco-development and has earned prestigious certifications, including Three-Star Green Building Rating, LEED Gold, and WELL Gold, forming a green ecological building cluster. Building 1, aligned with the latest zero-carbon construction technology, establishing Beijing's first commercial office zero-carbon building and a demonstration model integrating ‌photovoltaic, energy storage, direct current, and flexible (PSDCF) technology. Moreover, within the Second Ring Road, the project meticulously designed 12,000 square meters of green space, featuring harmoniously arranged landscapes such as the "Low-carbon Garden Resilient Theater" and "Forest Terrace".
