After its opening, Wangfujing Outlet, poised to house more than 500 well-known Chinese and foreign brands, will become Beijing's largest outlet commercial center. Brands of the experiential business format such as culture and art, sports and entertainment, and children's recreation will account for 50 percent of the featured brands, while those to make their debut in Beijing Municipal Administrative Center will make up over 60 percent.
Tingyun Town will include a commercial street, an area with amazing nightlife experiences, a cluster of unique hotels, and Tingyun Park. New experiential cultural and tourism businesses will be introduced to it, such as Beijing's first Chinese National Geography Exploration Center and a park themed on The Little Prince (a French novella). Scenarios related to commerce, Chinese-style bed-and-breakfast establishments, music, art, technology, and others featuring culture and tourism will be fully innovated. The area is expected to become an ideal micro holiday destination in the eastern part of Beijing.
