Beijing High-End Manufacturing Base (the "Base" for short), situated in the southwest of Beijing, was established in 2011 and became part of Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone in 2013. Standing 35 kilometers from the city center and just a 30-minute drive from Beijing Daxing International Airport, the Base benefits from significant geographical advantages due to its proximity to key transportation routes.

(II) Functional Positioning

The Base prioritizes the development of advanced manufacturing related to new energy intelligent connected vehicles, intelligent emergency equipment, healthcare, etc., and encompasses a variety of industries, such as modern transportation, new energy, and intelligent equipment. It aims to establish an industrial cluster with competitive edges, foster an innovative ecosystem, and promote high-end, intelligent, and green development in the manufacturing sector, positioning itself as a key driver of regional economic transformation and upgrading.

(III) Development Situation

The Base highlights key industries including high-end manufacturing, 5G autonomous driving applications, intersection of engineering and healthcare, intelligent emergency equipment, and new energy solutions. It is dedicated to nurturing an innovative ecosystem and enhancing its innovation service capabilities, gradually becoming the only authorized base focusing on high-end manufacturing within Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone. Leveraging its industrial foundation, the Base highlights the development of two leading industries: modern transportation and high-end manufacturing. It also actively nourishes two emerging sectors: intelligent equipment and medicine and healthcare. Over 50 enterprises have established operations in the Base, such as XYZ Storage, Changan Automobile, BOE, and Flightwin.
