Beijing and Tianjin have amplified their "Dual-City Synergy" through coordinated efforts, with the Tianjin Binhai New Area strengthening its strategic role by implementing State Council policies to advance high-quality development and fostering differentiated yet coordinated growth of Xiong’an New Area and BMC. Joint initiatives expanded under the Beijing-Tianjin Integration Implementation Plan, deepening collaboration across sectors, as evidenced by the Tianjin Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park (5,800+ registered enterprises), Baodi Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science City (1,800+ enterprises), and Tiankai High-Tech Innovation Park (2,600+ enterprises through enhanced joint innovation with Beijing). Transport integration accelerated with optimized Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway timetables increasing train frequencies during peak hours and the number of trains stopping at Yizhuang Station to 12 pairs. Additionally, the Tianjin-Xinglong Intercity Railway, having been operational for one year, recorded 1.52 million passenger trips, significantly enhancing cross-city commuting efficiency.
