Beijing Wolters Kluwer APAC Information Technology Co., Ltd. has been recognized recently as a regional headquarters of a multinational enterprise. Since the beginning of this year, Chaoyang District has newly designated nine such regional headquarters, bringing the total to 176 — ranking first in Beijing.

The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer, a Dutch global information services company. It currently serves as Wolters Kluwer's regional headquarters for Greater China and some global growth markets, undertaking functions such as strategic decision-making, operation management, R&D, resource allocation, and ecosystem partnerships.

Since the start of 2025, Chaoyang has stepped up efforts to promote the high-quality development of regional headquarters of multinational enterprises by advancing its "Headquarters Growth Program". Greater efforts have been made in cultivating and recognizing regional headquarters, further improving the business environment, and enhancing service support to continuously improve the ecosystem for headquarters enterprises.
