Foreign  talents can access governmental services in a one-stop manner, such  as those concerning work permits, visas, and practice licenses, as well  as those for children's education, taxation, legal assistance, housing  rentals, and housekeeping, all at this venue. Chinese  talents can also apply for talent schemes, points-based household  registration, work and residence permits, talent  programs, and technology transfer, with access to enterprise  services. This new venue has significantly improved both efficiency and  experience of the relevant services.

It  is noteworthy that AR-based smart translation glasses capable of  translating 104 languages are available for foreign talents. When a  foreign visitor speaks in their own language,  the responsible staff worker's tablet automatically displays real-time  translations. These devices promise every foreign talent a futuristic,  convenient, and barrier-free experience.
