Recently, the first Capital International Talent Development Event Series (2024) was launched in Lize Financial Business District, under the theme of "Gathering Global Wisdom, Shaping the Future of Talent" .

The 2024 Capital International Talent Development Forum focused on Beijing's key sectors for development and prioritized industries, aiming to establish a platform for international talent exchange and global cooperation in technological innovation, which is marked by diversity, inclusion, and multi-dimensional integration, and supports sharing of resources of different stakeholders and practitioners. The attendees including representatives of numerous entities engaged in in-depth discussions on several topics, including the approaches to contribute to Beijing's development of an open, globally competitive environment for technological innovation, as well as those to drive the city's high-quality development.
