Yin Yong, male, Han ethnicity, was born in August 1969. He holds a doctorate degree in Engineering and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Yin is currently a member of the 20th CPC Central Committee, a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, and Mayor of Beijing.

Responsibilities: 

Yin oversees the overall work of the municipal government and is in charge of planning and auditing.
