Intangible Cultural Heritage of Beijing's Pinggu District

Beijing's Pinggu District currently has 903 items registered as intangible cultural heritage resources and 56 items registered as intangible cultural heritage at the district level or higher, including one registered at the national level and five registered at the municipal level.
On the Fields of Hope

In Miyun, the suburb of Beijing, there is a village with water and soil as good as a nature reserve. Children and adults can hear the chirping of insects and birds again and know what a good life should be like.
Two 'Quasi-museums' Inaugurated and Opened in Beijing

On May 23, two new "quasi-museums" were inaugurated and opened to the public in Beijing. The newly unveiled establishments include Banbidian Village Museum of History and Hongyinzhai Sheng Culture Museum of Beijing. With their addition, Beijing now has a total of eight fascinating "quasi-museums".
