The National Alpine Ski Center, known as "Snow Flying Swallow", opened to the public recently. In the 2024-2025 snow season, the center's popular routes, such as Haituo Traverse (海陀穿越), Caixia Snow Trail (彩霞雪道), and Rock Snow Trail (岩石雪道), will continue to open to ski enthusiasts. Ten additional snow trails will gradually open to the public afterwards.

This year, the center will provide more diverse ski experiences. "Ruixue Avenue", a course for the downhill competitions during the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, which features a length of nearly 2,200 meters and a maximum gradient of 64 percent, will be open to the public for the first time. At the same time, there will be a new public skiing area and a snowboarding park to provide different skiing options for beginners. In addition, the 2,000-meter-long "F-Cable" will be open to the public for the first time, making skiing even more enjoyable.
To meet ski lovers' needs for dining, accommodation, entertainment, and shopping, this year, the park has been actively developing an outdoor sports commercial street. Xidazhuangke Ice and Snow Town opened for the first time, with retail stores, themed parks, and experience centers. Renowned businesses like Starbucks have established their stores in the park, and there will be additional food courts, ski equipment express service spots, and other convenient facilities. Improved bus routes now provide direct access to the ski resort from Guomao subway station and Liujiayao, offering skiing lovers more travel options.
