Beijing People's Art Museum (BPAT), located on the fourth floor of the Capital Theater, is the first professional museum in China to display the art of Chinese drama. The exhibition area covers an area of about 1,300 square meters, including the Preface Hall, History Hall, Character Hall, Repertoire Hall, etc. The museum integrates collections, research, exhibitions and other functions. With rich pictures, master manuscripts, stage design drawings and other materials as the main body of the exhibition, it focuses on the history of BPAT, the founder of the theater, and excellent repertoires etc., to truly reflect the artistic history that BPAT has gone through in the past 60 years.

It also holds activities about drama, theatre and play, such as theme exhibitions, academic seminars, art research book publishing, to promote the art of theatre and interact with people from all walks of life. It provides a sound environment for the development and research of Chinese drama.
