Six registration halls have been set up for this year's CIFTIS. The subway stations have well-marked directions to each hall, ensuring that all visitors, no matter where they arrive from, can enter the park conveniently. Around Shougang Park are more than 20 ride-hailing drop-off points, over 300 parking areas for non-motorized vehicles, and nearly 20 parking lots, substantially making it easier for everyone to reach the venue. Six volunteer stations have been set up in key areas with high visitor volumes, where volunteers will answer questions and offer prompt assistance to visitors.

Meanwhile, a special sunset-themed bus line has been introduced, operating from 17:00 to 20:00. Visitors can board a bus at Shougangshebeiku (首钢设备库) Stop and head to Qunminghu West Street to enjoy views of the sunset, or visit Yong Ding He Ji (also known as "Yongding River Market").

The number of seats for dining within the security perimeter at this year's CIFTIS exceeds 2,800, an increase of more than 40 percent over last year. These seats, together with those in other areas of Shougang Park and its surroundings, will reach a total of 13,000, enough to meet the dining needs of 70,000 people per day.

While ensuring adequate food supply, the catering services also emphasize both quality and distinctiveness. Anhui cuisine will make its debut at the CIFTIS this year, bringing regional specialties such as the "Mingguang's Three Choices" (明光三件套; baijiu + milk tea + mung bean cake) and the "Guangde's Three Choices" (广德三件套; stew + milk tea + walnut cookie), while the "Leshan Flavors - Made in Leshan" (乐山味·乐山造) market from Sichuan Province will bring Bobo Chicken, Sweet-Skinned Duck, and Qiaojiao Beef to the venue. This CIFTIS will also feature a themed event called "Global Milk Tea - Guangxi Treasure" (世界奶茶·宝藏广西). Shougang Park has also introduced a number of distinctive catering brands, offering more dining choices for visitors.

"Xiaofu", the digital platform smart assistant on CIFTIS's official website, will provide round-the-clock online Q&A support. This assistant can generate customized visit routes for attendees based on the characteristics of their industries, and their exhibition preferences. The online trade matching system relies on algorithms to achieve precise buyer-seller matching and supports booking of business meetings ahead of the fair. Some conference and negotiation areas are also equipped with smart translation and AI simultaneous interpretation devices. In addition, the food zone features service robots, offering an innovative self-service dining experience.
