The Beijing Daxing International Airport has been proceeding with the integration of aviation and cultural tourism, now offering a more efficient and seamless experience for passengers on their trips to ski resorts.

Focusing on popular tourist destinations known for ice and snow offerings, the Daxing Airport currently operates 33 routes to several provincial administrative divisions in China, including Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Xinjiang, and Inner Mongolia, which reach cities including Harbin, Shenyang, Changchun, Qiqihar, Mohe, Baishan, Yanji, Hulunbuir, Altay, and Korla. Among them, the route to Harbin sees 24 round-trip flights daily, and the route to Urumqi operates 18 round-trip flights daily, with flights scheduled from morning to night. In addition, the Daxing Airport has increased its flight frequencies on China-Russia routes, with nine Chinese and Russian airlines currently flying to and from places such as Moscow, Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Khabarovsk, Krasnoyarsk, Sakhalin Island, and Blagoveshchensk, with approximately 60 round-trip flights planned per week.

The Daxing Airport has set up dedicated changing rooms in the baggage claim halls for domestic and international route passengers and in the east and west remote stand areas past security. At the same time, six convenient changing areas are available in several restrooms in the baggage claim hall for domestic route passengers, on the domestic arrivals level on the second floor, and on the departures level on the fourth floor to meet the passengers' needs to change clothes during winter trips. For the check-in of oversized baggage such as snow gear, the Daxing Airport now helps passengers track their end-to-end baggage process, as well as offering integrated services including packing, courier delivery, and storage of snow gear.
