Zhongguancun ART PARK is the largest urban renewal commercial complex within Beijing's 4th Ring Road. Its West Area hosts 102 brand stores, over 40 of which are first stores, including six first stores for Beijing and 15 for Haidian District. Since its opening in May 2025, the West Area has quickly topped the popularity rankings for Haidian District on dianping.com. And it won the 4th Beijing Urban Renewal Best Practices Award.

The complex also has an East Area. When will it open?

It is reported that the main construction phase of the East Area has been completed, and its stores are now in the final stages of interior fit-out. The area is expected to open in December.

The East Area aims to create a vibrant, high-quality living space that blends international trends with refined lifestyles. In the retail section, international top-notch brands are the highlight, which will drive a comprehensive upgrade in regional consumption. Notable stores, which are also first stores in western Beijing, include those of Alexander Wang, MM6 Maison Margiela, lululemon (also flagship store in western Beijing), EXI.T, Barbour, and DIESEL, all catering to sophisticated lifestyles.

In terms of dining offerings, the complex has introduced brands including Chili's (first restaurant in Beijing), The boots, GAGA (flagship café in western Beijing), Amoo, and Yili (first store in western Beijing). It also features popular baking and coffee brands such as B&C (BUTTERFUL & CREAMOROUS), Shake Shack (first store in Haidian), CHAGEE (Beijing's first pet-friendly store), M Stand, and Starbucks Reserve. Commune, a popular restaurant and bar reputed for its "morning coffee and evening alcohol" lifestyle, is also among the list.

In terms of lifestyle amenities, the East Area boasts a diverse and exciting selection. Stores such as Sisyphe Bookstore will further increase the offerings for ideal living, serving as different social spaces for local consumers.
