New Shopping Malls

Joy City in Haidian District

Haidian Joy City opened on December 21 as a commercial complex with the most diverse business formats, most comprehensive facilities, and largest scale in northern Haidian. It now houses more than 280 brands and multiple first stores.
 

Launched on December 21, 2024, the first Pixel World @ The British Library in Beijing will be open on the 5th floor of Haidian Joy City until September 8, 2025, taking every visitor on a one-stop tour of the 2,000-year human civilization.

Longyuecheng in E-Town
On December 20, Longyuecheng, a one-stop micro vacation-themed shopping center was opened. At present, it houses more than 130 brands.

Qiqu Haiyang Huanlecheng (a water amusement park) opened its first park there, which is also the first of its kind opened in a shopping mall in Beijing, covering an area of nearly 10,000 square meters. As a "pet-friendly shopping mall", Longyuecheng has a "pet park" of about 500 square meters in its outdoor space.

Wanda Plaza in Pinggu District
Pinggu Wanda Plaza, which was opened on December 22, is the largest shopping plaza in Pinggu. It now houses 142 top brands, with 23 first stores in Beijing, 94 first stores in Pinggu, 12 concept stores, and 13 flagship stores.

Starting from December 22, the two major art exhibitions at Pinggu Wanda Plaza, Xianhe PULA: "Light-Seeking Journey" IP Art Exhibition and "Ways to Unknown" Beijing Fashion Week International Photography Exhibition, will respectively be held for a limited period.

New First Stores
First Offline Store of "Haidian Gifts"

On December 3, the first offline store of "Haidian Gifts" was opened at Sanshan Wuyuan Cultural Arts Center. In addition to the first batch of products with the district's features, various Haidian-themed and diverse creative souvenirs are displayed here.

%Arabica by White Stupa Temple

%Arabica's branch near the White Stupa Temple store is its first open-air café in a hutong. Backed by the red wall of the Temple, it offers an excellent photo-taking spot.

GOOD BAI
On December 1, the clothing brand GOOD BAI's "Good Garden" pop-up store was opened at THE BOX on Chaoyangmen Outer Street, which will be closed next April.

HOT CRUSH
HOT CRUSH is a bread chain renowned for its freshly baked bread every day. It opened its first store in Beijing on December 21, offering a variety of tempting types such as croissants, baguettes, toasts, and bagels.
