On July 27, the 13th Beijing International Hospitality, Catering and Food Beverage Expo officially opened at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall). Over 1,300 Chinese and foreign brands participated in the exhibition. The expo will run for two days until July 29, with free food-sampling tickets for citizens available at the entrance of the exhibition hall.
This year's expo spans eight exhibition halls, covering a total area of 60,000 square meters, representing a 30-percent increase compared with the last session. In addition to ingredients, pre-made dishes, food products, beverages and seasonings, the exhibition also features the suppliers of the entire industry chain, including those dedicated to catering packaging, kitchen equipment, hotel supplies, smart hotels, engineering design, cleaning equipment, and more.
