On April 8, at the AIFUT conference in Beijing E-Town, the Enterprise Comprehensive Service Center of Moshu OPC Community in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area officially began operations as China's first full-cycle service hub focusing on AI-augmented individuals. This marks a new stage for Moshu OPC Community as it shifts from providing physical spaces to offering full-cycle services.
The service center has built itself into an all-in-one integrated platform which combines government services, training for enterprises' growth, and resource matchmaking. It pioneers a service mechanism featuring dedicated personnel, professional guidance, special service windows, and accelerated processing for specific issues. Company registration can also be completed face-to-face in as little as one hour, thereby offering great convenience for relevant applicants. The center also has an "automatic enrollment" system whereby entrepreneurs who register or file here are automatically included in the "AI-Augmented Individual Talent Pool". Based on their capability profile, project stage, and development needs, the system matches them with key resources such as policy support, office spaces, connection with investors, computing power, and intellectual property incubation.
Moshu OPC Community is located at Building 5 of Zone A of the National Xinchuang Park. For the first phase, it already has around 3,000 square meters of innovative space in use. For hardware developers, the community reserves functional spaces for 3D printing and manual PCB fabrication. As Beijing E-Town's first entrepreneurial community centered on AI-augmented individuals, it has preliminarily formed a four-in-one (working, living, transporting and creating) ecosystem for AI-related talents, integrating co-working spaces, talent apartments, social spaces, micro-transit, and lifestyle amenities.
