Located in the sunken plaza on the west side of the National Speed Skating Oval (Ice Ribbon), the "Panda Eye" was built with ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) through prefabricated construction. All materials are 100 percent recyclable. The venue will host training sessions and part of the 5v5 humanoid robot soccer competitions during the games. In the future, it will also serve as a base for technology testing and pre-match preparations by top-class robot teams from around the world.

On the southwest side of the Ice Ribbon, right next to the "Panda Eye", a robot camp now encircles the lake inside the skating venue. The major purpose of its training zone is to ensure that the teams participating in the games can make preparations in an efficient manner. From robot charging and training to adjustments and discussions made by these teams, every aspect reflects professionalism and thoughtful planning. The leisure and exhibition zone is open to the public, where you can watch robots putting on impromptu performances and take photos with adorable robots. You can also enjoy customized coffee and fruit tea prepared by robots. The robot soccer matches there are also something you should not ignore.
