World Humanoid Robot Games

The 2025 World Humanoid Robot Games will be held at the National Speed Skating Oval from August 14 to 17. The event features 26 competitions across main and side events. Regarding the competition events, robots will compete in traditional human athletic events such as the 4×100m relay and the 100m obstacle race. The exhibition events—including solo dance, martial arts, and more—will vividly showcase the humanoid robots' cutting-edge capabilities and evolutionary potential.
WTT China Smash 2025

The WTT China Smash 2025 will be held at Shougang Park in Shijingshan District from September 25 to October 5, covering five events: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles.
Besides the matches, Shijingshan District will develop a "Smash Park" at Shougang Park, featuring interactive zones, a table tennis culture exhibition, and more than 20 side events, including player meet-and-greet sessions and public challenge matches.
2025 China Open tennis tournament

The tickets for the 2025 China Open tennis tournament have been on sale since August 8. This year's tournament will be held from September 14 to October 5 at the National Tennis Center in Beijing. This will be Asia's first top-tier comprehensive tennis event spanning three weeks.
The lineup includes an ITF J300 tournament, an ATP 500 men's event, and a WTA 1000 women's event, with world-class tennis stars gathering for fierce competitions.
World Athletics Continental Tour Gold

On September 7, the World Athletics Continental Tour Gold's Beijing leg will be held at the Bird's Nest (National Stadium). As the season finale, the Beijing leg will see top athletes from around the world for a thrilling athletic extravaganza.
2025 ISU Figure Skating Olympic Qualifying Competition

From September 18 to 21, this qualifier for the 2026 Winter Olympics will take place at the National Indoor Stadium, featuring competitions in men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance.
Beijing Marathon

In October 2025, the Beijing Marathon will start from Tian'anmen Square. The 42.195-kilometer race route passes iconic landmarks such as the West Chang'an Avenue, the Cultural Palace of Nationalities, and the Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution to showcase the unique charm of Beijing as the first city holding both Summer Olympic Games and Winter Olympic Games.
Longines Equestrian Beijing Masters

In October 2025, the 12th Longines Beijing Masters will take place at the Bird's Nest. Since its debut at the venue in 2011, the event has attracted nearly 2,500 riders to compete, establishing itself as one of Asia's largest international equestrian competitions.
FIS Snowboard Alpine World Cup - Parallel Giant Slalom

In December 2025, the FIS Snowboard Alpine World Cup - Parallel Giant Slalom will be held at the National Alpine Skiing Center in Yanqing District. Parallel giant slalom, a discipline of snowboarding, requires athletes to perform with high-frequency edge changes, high-pressure turns, and steep-edge angles during races, delivering a visually striking spectacle.
