With an area of 975 square meters and 300 seats, this theatre can be used as a venue for stage performances in the forms of drama, music, dance, etc., as well as film screenings. It is named after Lao She, the first president of Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles. As a tribute to this national artist, this theatre also symbolizes Beijing artists' unstopped sense of duty to the public.
