Liubiju is a time-honored brand specializing in traditional Chinese sauces and pickles, founded in 1436.
The museum is situated on the original site of its old store with nearly 100 artifacts on display, including account books, photographs, seals, abacuses, oil lamps, liquor flasks, inscribed plaques and traditional production tools, which vividly present the historic charm of Liubiju over its nearly 600-year-long history. The museum also features three interactive experience areas: the ancient Ming Dynasty well of Liubiju, an inheritor's studio, and a study and practice zone, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the culture of this time-honored brand.
