On the morning of July 27, a main venue event was held at the Bell and Drum Towers Square to celebrate the first anniversary of the Beijing Central Axis's inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Four iconic achievements were unveiled during the event.

The Three-Year Action Plan (2025-2027) for Protection and Inheritance of Beijing Central Axis was officially released. The plan outlines 45 key tasks across five major areas, including enhancing the preservation and utilization of the Beijing Central Axis and promoting relevant cultural communication and international cooperation.

A book series titled Beijing Central Axis: A Building Ensemble Exhibiting Ideal Order of Chinese Capital was released for the first time. The series includes three volumes in Chinese and two volumes in English, centering on Beijing Central Axis's World Heritage nomination dossier, its protection and management plans, and hundreds of architectural drawings of its heritage components. The series stands as an authoritative work that summarizes the practices for cultural heritage preservation as well as the achievements and experiences of inscription.

A special stamp set titled "World Cultural Heritage – Beijing Central Axis" was also issued. This is the first commemorative stamp set issued since the Beijing Central Axis became a World Heritage Site. This set contains five stamps featuring the illustrations of the key heritage sites along the Axis, such as the Bell and Drum Towers, Jingshan Park, Forbidden City, Tian'anmen Gate, Zhengyangmen Gate, and Yongdingmen Gate. Each stamp adopts a symmetrical layout inspired by the Beijing Central Axis and employs the traditional vibrant green-and-blue palette, highlighting the beauty of the constructions along the Axis.

During the event, a public campaign was launched, aiming at recruiting 1,000 volunteers from across society to jointly protect the Beijing Central Axis. Service invitations were delivered on-site to the representatives of the first group of volunteers.

Two plaques marking the UNESCO World Heritage status of the Beijing Central Axis were also unveiled at the event, with one located at the northern end (Bell and Drum Towers) and the other at the southern end (Yongdingmen Gate) of the Axis. In the near future, all 15 heritage components will successively be marked with such plaques to further enhance the holistic and systematic protection of the Beijing Central Axis.
