Recently, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, in partnership with Amap, launched the "Beijing Public Employment Service Map" (首都公共就业服务地图). This map brings together the city's employment service stations, gig markets, training institutions, and evaluation agencies, transforming itself into a one-stop platform for end-to-end employment services.
Job seekers can open the Amap app, search for "Employment (就业)" on the homepage, and click on "Beijing Public Employment Service Map" (首都公共就业服务地图) to enter the dedicated section. There, they can view contact numbers, service details, and other information for employment service entities, and get one-tap navigation to these locations. Three demonstration service stations—the Xicheng District Public Employment Service Station, the Fengtai District Public Employment Demonstration Service Base, and the Shunyi District Guangming Subdistrict Doorstep Employment Service Station—are the first to be equipped with AI-powered agent services. By clicking "Details" (详情), users can access each organization's page to explore more employment activities, including job fairs, training courses, and job search services.
The map is also accessible via the official WeChat account of "Employment in Beijing" (就业在北京) by clicking on the "Service Map" (服务地图) option from the menu. Based on the user's location, the system automatically recommends services within a 3 km, 5 km, 10 km, and 15 km radius. With just one tap, users can search for jobs, submit resumes, register for events, and schedule career guidance appointments—making employment services instantaneously accessible.
In addition, the platform integrates AI agents and large language models to deliver more personalized services. It can generate supply-demand analysis reports and salary references, proactively recommend matching job openings and training courses, and provide real-time answers to policy inquiries while offering guidance on resume optimization, supporting personalized support for diverse employment groups.
