Focusing on the core needs of foreign nationals, the Xicheng District Government Service Center has expanded its foreign-related services and continuously enhanced the experience for overseas visitors, making government services in Xicheng more efficient and convenient.

To foster a world-class business environment, the Center has set up two dedicated counters for foreign-related services. Counter 17 for "Services for Foreign-Invested Enterprises" is located on the 2nd floor, while Counter 131 for "Work and Residence Permits One-Stop Service" is on the basement level. Operating under the model of "general application acceptance at the front end, application review by category at the back end, and centralized issuance at dedicated counters," service efficiency has been significantly improved. In addition, the Center is equipped with a professional multilingual service team and translation devices to provide multilingual assistance.

The Foreign-Funded Enterprise Zone on the Xicheng District Government Portal is continuously updated, presenting district profiles, enterprise services, policy services, and personal services in both Chinese and English, thereby providing a one-stop platform for foreign-invested companies.
