On
March 31, the civil aviation sector will begin
operating the summer flight schedule, introducing a growing number of
international and regional routes departing from Beijing Capital
International Airport (PEK) to destinations such as Budapest, Athens,
Geneva, and more.

Starting from March 31, Air China will increase its flight frequency from PEK to Stockholm to one flight per day. According to Air China's WeChat mini program, each flight will depart at 14:00 (UTC+8) and arrive at 17:20 local time, totaling a duration of 9 hours and 20 minutes. The current ticket price, excluding tax, starts at CNY 3,650.

In addition, starting from March 31, Air China will enhance its flight offerings from PEK to Athens, Geneva, and Barcelona. From April 1, Air China will increase flights from Beijing to Vienna and Copenhagen, and from April 2, Hainan Airlines will boost its flights from Beijing to Dublin, followed by an increase in the number of flights from Beijing to Edinburgh starting May 17.
Currently, Air China’s deployment of flight capacity for its international and regional routes has rebounded to over 80 percent of that in 2019. Specifically, in certain key areas, the airline has increased its operational capacity to exceed the figures of 2019.
