Looking for an easy hike in early autumn? Come to Zhonglouwan Hutong (钟楼湾胡同) for a leisurely stroll at the northern end of the Beijing Central Axis!
Surrounding the Bell Tower, this old hutong can tell you the past of a historical capital. The sunlight that filters through the tree leaves onto the red walls and flocks of pigeons that glide past the eaves of the Bell Tower all add to the distinctive autumn atmosphere exclusive to the old days of Beijing.
