Spring has now truly sprung, and if you're in Beijing and looking for a waterfront escape to enjoy some relaxing leisure time, the Bahe Riverside Greenway is an excellent choice.
Stretching for 2.3 kilometers, this scenic path offers visitors a taste of true springtime delight: you can admire the colorful blossoms along the banks, go for a waterside bike ride, or even venture out onto the gentle waters by paddleboard or kayak. There is no shortage of exciting activities here.

Fun Activity 1: City Walks
The Bahe Riverside Greenway connects the major commercial hubs of INDIGO and Langyuan Station, while passing through Jiangfu Park, Tuofangying Park, and Binhe Park. The striking orange-hued landscape along the way makes for a picturesque setting, perfect for capturing bright and refreshing photos. In the summer, visitors can also book water activities like paddleboarding at the INDIGO Marina.

Fun Activity 2: Savor Your Leisure Time by Cycling and Strolling
If you're fond of cycling, start from INDIGO and follow the Bahe River cycling path eastward for a scenic journey through a corridor of blooming flowers. Want a more laid-back experience? Head to Langyuan Station, where you can explore its industrial-style bookstores and linger in its art galleries.

Fun Activity 3: Picnic & Sunset: Enjoy a Romantic Date
Jiangfu Park features a vast open lawn, where you can get together with a few friends or bring along your pet for a delightful picnic. For a truly magical moment, visit Xuanri Bridge at dusk to watch the sunset. As night falls, take a stroll to Langyuan Station and choose from its variety of restaurants to cap off a beautiful day with a delicious meal.
