The 15th Bird's Nest Happy Ice and Snow Season will begin very shortly on December 27. This year's edition is completely different too, with two special zones, one for having fun in the snow, and another for fashion and leisure, making it suitable for all kinds of visitors.

Under the theme "Cross- Dimensional Ice and Snow Adventure" (跨次元冰雪奇遇), the outdoor warm-up area of the Bird's Nest will be transformed into a park to have fun in the snow in, with various wintery landscapes. The total activity area exceeds 40,000 square meters. The upgraded snow drifting attraction covers nearly 5,000 square meters, featuring a snow track nine meters high and 40 meters wide, offering a thrilling yet safe sliding experience. The family playground features a gentle-slope sledding park, along with a dynamic spinning ride and snow banana boats. Additionally, attractions such as the snow tube square and Snow Mountain Adventure are designed to entertain visitors of all ages.

The central stadium of the Bird's Nest will be transformed into a vibrant fashion and leisure zone. A large inflatable area combined with multiple fun challenges integrating sports with interactive gameplay for both solo challenges and team fun. Easy-to-operate and safe ice bumper cars are there for all ages too. The area also offers activities such as football and board games.

The event will run until late February 2026, spanning the Spring Festival holiday. Ticket prices are set at 120 yuan per person on weekdays and 160 yuan on weekends and holidays, with family package tickets also available. All ticket types provide full access to all attractions. Early bird tickets are now available for 58 yuan per person on platforms including the Bird's Nest app (鸟巢App), Meituan (美团), Dianping (大众点评), and Qunar (去哪儿).
