Day 2: Jingdong Grand Canyon → Yuzishan's One-Pot Feast → Jingdong Karst Cave → Ruyi Farmhouse's Iron-Pot Stewed Chicken

If you haven't seen Jingdong Grand Canyon in winter, it's time to go. After a snowfall, the canyon offers spectacular views of icefalls, ice formations, icicles, and ice cones, creating a winter wonderland.

The "Sky Mirror" (天空之镜) is a must-see photography hotspot where you can easily capture stunning, social-media-worthy shots.

For lunch, try Yuzishan's One-Pot Feast, an easy-to-make local dish known for its rich flavors. Combining meat, vegetables, and a staple food all in one pot, it is a classic home-style meal popular among local residents.

In the afternoon, explore Jingdong Karst Cave, which is located in Heidouyu Village of Huangsongyu Township. Dating back approximately 1.5 billion years, it features clear, sparkling formations and maintains an almost constant temperature, cool in summer and warm in winter. Its unique geological structure and remarkable, naturally sculpted formations give it both aesthetic and scientific value.

For dinner, head to Ruyi Farmhouse for iron-pot stewed chicken, made with local free-range chickens. The dish is tender, aromatic and richly flavored.

Feel tempted? Head out, then!
