The Yuyuantan Park Cherry Blossom Cultural Event and the 6th Spring Flower Exhibition have kicked off recently, and will run until mid-May.

As temperatures gradually rise, various early-blooming cherry varieties across the park have entered their viewing periods, which will form a romantic expanse of early cherry blossoms by the end of this month. The park is home to over 3,000 cherry trees of more than 40 varieties, including early-, mid- and late-blooming ones.

In the southern part of the park, the newly renovated Xiaoying Amusement Park has opened to the public. Divided into three sections, namely a light-powered zone, a non-powered zone, and a supporting service area, the amusement park offers 12 kinds of recreational facilities. The tourist center in the supporting service area offers information consultation services and serves as a resting spot, where visitors can also find automatic coffee machines, cultural creative products, and benches.

During the cherry blossom season, Xiaoying Store in the park will introduce 21 new creative cultural products across five categories: food, daily necessities, toy figurines, handicrafts, and apparel and footwear. Interactive activities will also be launched, such as music performances, themed tours, and "Xiaoying and Her Friends" meet-and-greet days during non-peak hours for better touring experiences.

Tips:

During the event, the full-price admission ticket for adults is CNY 10 per entry, and the half-price ticket is CNY 5 per entry. During the May Day holiday, the old ticket prices will apply again, with the full-price ticket at CNY 2 per entry and the half-price ticket at CNY 1 per entry.

It is reported that the peak hours of visitor entry are from 9:00 to 16:00. It is recommended that visitors come during off-peak hours. For the spring tourist peak, the park has launched a free shuttle bus service for round trips between the park and Huaxi LIVE Wukesong.
