Beijing's Yanqing District has a higher altitude and lower temperature compared to the downtown area. Leaves here change color earlier, making it one of the first places in Beijing to experience the arrival of autumn. In the golden September, a great time for outings, come and explore the beauty of fall here at weekends!

On September 10, Beijing Expo Park kicked off its fourth Expo Park Red Leaves Cultural Festival, which will last through mid to late October. The great varieties of red leaf trees and more than 150 types of colorful leaf trees in the resort area present a gradual change of view from red to yellow. The park has offered two special sightseeing routes.
